Assignment
A change of ownership of a trade mark may be recorded on the Register for a trade mark application which is pending or for a registered trade mark. An application for the recordal of the assignment should be made on Form CM8 at the prevailing fee via IPOS Digital Hub at https://digitalhub.ipos.gov.sg.
Licence
A licence may be recorded on the Register for a trade mark application which is pending or for a registered trade mark by submitting Form CM6 at the prevailing fee via IPOS Digital Hub at https://digitalhub.ipos.gov.sg. Any amendment or termination of the licence may also be notified to the Registrar by filing Form CM6.
