Yes, all vehicles including foreign vehicles can park using the app.
Does the app cater to overnight parking?
The app does cater for overnight parking. Basically, the app will factor in the tariff rate, operating hours, restrictions, parking scheme and etc. of each individual car parks before it automatically computes the parking charges. For car parks that has overnight parking scheme, once the parking duration exceeds beyond the overnight parking rate, it will be capped at the amount. However, you will not be able to do the above if you park at a car park when it is restricted from parking. For example, many HDB car parks are reserved for Season Ticket holders only between 10pm to 7am the following morning. In those cases, you should refrain from parking at those car parks during the restricted period. Parking restrictions are always displayed on our parking signboards so please check them carefully before you park.How do I change my vehicle / car plate number?
You can simply delete the existing vehicle in your app and re-enter the new vehicle information. To delete vehicle number, tap on your existing vehicle number field in the app main page, and click on the "X" beside the vehicle number you wish to delete in the list. Once you have deleted the old vehicle number, simply tap on the vehicle number field again and proceed to key in your new vehicle information.
I am using the app and no longer require the use of coupons. Will I be able to return the coupons?
As parking coupons will continue to be in use, you have the option of using the Parking.sg app or your existing coupons to pay for parking. There is no need to return the parking coupons.
I have a Class 1 disability label. Can the app give me the first hour free?
Yes, you can still enjoy your first hour of parking for free, which is no different from current practice. If you need to continue parking after the first hour, you will need to start a parking session using the app.My car has multiple drivers, how does each driver pay for their own parking?
You may wish to have all drivers install the parking app in their device. That way, they will have the flexibility to start a parking session each time they use the vehicle
