You can simply delete the existing vehicle in your app and re-enter the new vehicle information.

To delete a vehicle number, tap on your existing vehicle number field on the app's main page, and click on the "X" beside the vehicle number you wish to delete from the list.

Once you have deleted the old vehicle number, simply tap on the vehicle number field again and proceed to key in your new vehicle information.

Parking.sg is used for coupon car parks as an alternative for the paper coupons. You would have noticed that parking.sg does not contain any car parks that are installed with the EPS gantries, i.e., you will not be able to trigger a parking session for a car park implemented with the EPS. Payment for car parks implemented with the EPS will be made through the existing IU.

For Parking@HDB, this is a parking system that is currently trialled at car parks implemented with the pilot Smart Parking System. Similarly, you will not be able to trigger any parking sessions from parking.sg when entering car parks implemented with Smart Parking.

For motorists without the app, they will pay their parking charges via their CashCard in their vehicle IU, as they would do so at existing Electronic Parking System (EPS) car parks.

We encourage you to download the Parking@HDB app to enjoy the convenience of automatic payment of your subsequent parking charges without depending on the local deduction via CashCard at the gantry.
