The app hang and I am not able to start another session?

If your Parking.sg app freezes or crashes, try fully closing the app and relaunching it. Here's how:

For Android:

1. Go to your home screen.

2. Tap the square icon at the bottom of the screen.

3. Tap the Bin icon at the bottom to close all existing apps or swipe up on the app you want to close.

For iPhone:

1. Go to your home screen.

2. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle.

3. Swipe through your open apps.

4. Locate the app you wish to close by swiping left or right.

5. Swipe up on the app you want to close.

6. Tap the display to return to the home screen.

Make sure your phone's Operating System and Parking.sg app are up-to-date to minimize app freezes and crashes. If the issue persists, consider deleting and reinstalling the Parking.sg app.
