With regards to your query, we like to calrify that the app does support overnight parking scheme. Once the amount exceeds the whole day parking rate, it will be capped at the amount if that particular car park support overnight parking. You may wish to refer to the physical signboard located at the car park for more details on the parking scheme.
You can simply delete the existing vehicle in your app and re-enter the new vehicle information.
To delete a vehicle number, tap on your existing vehicle number field on the app's main page, and click on the "X" beside the vehicle number you wish to delete from the list.
Once you have deleted the old vehicle number, simply tap on the vehicle number field again and proceed to key in your new vehicle information.
To change the existing credit card being used in the app now, you can simply tap on "REMOVE CARD" in the top left drop-down menu. Once you are done with that, you can tap on "ADD CARD" from the same top left drop-down menu and proceed to enter your new credit card information.
The app is design to pay for a single vehicle at any one time using a device. Having multiple digital parking may provide confusion to motorists with all the different notifications. You may wish to make use of a separate device to pay for parking for another vehicle.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for such case base on our refund guidelines. We hope to seek your kind understanding on this matter.
The app is not tagged to any mobile number.
To pay for parking, users only need to key in his/her credit/debit card number, select his/her vehicle number, enter the vehicle number and select the car park in which the vehicle is parked in.
Parking.sg is used for coupon car parks as an alternative for the paper coupons. You would have noticed that parking.sg does not contain any car parks that are installed with the EPS gantries, i.e., you will not be able to trigger a parking session for a car park implemented with the EPS. Payment for car parks implemented with the EPS will be made through the existing IU.
For Parking@HDB, this is a parking system that is currently trialled at car parks implemented with the pilot Smart Parking System. Similarly, you will not be able to trigger any parking sessions from parking.sg when entering car parks implemented with Smart Parking.

The parking history will be wiped out if you removed the app on the phone.

TM46 has been implemented with the Electronic Parking System (EPS) and EPS car parks are not included in parking.sg. Parking charges will be deducted from the vehicle IU for these car parks.
