To check your payment history, simply refer to the 'BILL' tab under the History page in the app. There, you can match the Bill IDs and their charges against the assigned Bill ID under your credit card statement.

Our app takes free parking into account when calculating your parking charges. For example, if a car park is $0.60 per half hour from 8:30 am to 10 pm, and free parking from 10 pm to 8:30 am, and you park at 9:30 pm for 1 hour, the app will only count your parking charges from 9:30 pm to 10 pm, and it won't charge you for the free parking period from 10 pm onwards. Therefore, you will only be charged $0.60.

Yes, you can park your car overnight if the car park has the night parking scheme. The night parking max charge of $5 will apply automatically in the computation of parking charges. Just check if the car park has a night parking scheme before leaving your car overnight. If you're unsure, contact the parking operator or the HDB customer service hotline for more information.

If you see that parking is free for the duration you need, there's no need to start a parking session. You won't have to pay anything. If you're unsure, you can always check the parking signs in the area or ask a parking attendant.

Yes, the app does support overnight parking scheme. If the amount you pay for parking exceeds the whole-day parking rate, it will be capped at that amount if the car park supports overnight parking. To find out if a car park supports overnight parking, look for the physical signboard located at the car park. It will have more details on the parking scheme.

The EPS system charges for HDB car parks per minute, depending on the location. The rate for non-restricted area car parks is $1.20 per hour, while for restricted area car parks it is $2.40 per hour until 5pm. Check the parking signboards at the car park entrance for more information.

When you use the parking app, you'll be charged for the entire duration you selected. However, if you end your session early, the app will refund you the unused amount on a per-minute basis. It may take some time for the refund to show up on your debit or credit card statement as the refund might still be processing, so please be patient.

T44 have been implemented with the Electronic Parking System (EPS). EPS car parks are not included in Parking.sg as parking fees will be automatically deducted through the existing IU in the vehicle.

Yes, you can park your vehicle for more than 24 hours. You can extend your parking session for up to 24 hours per extension, as long as there are no restrictions within the car park where you are parked.

Here's what you can do to extend your parking session:

1. Open the app and go to the "Parking" section.

2. Find the active session for the car park where you are parked.

3. Tap on the "Extend" button and choose the duration of the extension.

4. Confirm the extension and pay for the additional time. Remember to check if there are any restrictions within the car park before extending your parking session.
