How do I appeal for a parking fine?

We are sorry that you received a parking ticket despite using the app. We understand that this must be upsetting for you and wish to assure you that we take great care to address all feedback provided to us.

With regards to your query, if you wish to appeal your case, please provide your particulars via the online appeal channel at:

· https://www.ura.gov.sg/eAppealWeb/ if you parked at a URA car park; or

· www.hdb.gov.sg if you parked in a HDB car park.

The relevant officers will investigate and reply to you directly.
